README for core of SVX test sysem from LBL 2/28/02

I got these files from Maurice Garcia-Sciveres at LBL today. They are supposed to
be the core programs for exercising an SVX chip via the test system or the burn-in stand. 
They don't include the stuff for Histoscope, etc., but they can be used to get started. 
They do appear to need CERN libraries and HBOOK. They are supposed to run under Red Hat 6.2. 
It is unclear what DIO board is used. Some systems had an EISA board instead of PCI. 
In any case, the driver will have to be installed in the kernal, as I understand it. 
Igor Volobouev at LBL knows about this.

Anyway, this is a place to start.
